JNO Property Maintenance was founded by Johnny DeCarli and Owen Fleming in the winter of 2024, but our story began long before the business itself. We have been close friends since kindergarten and have been working together on various projects and side jobs since we were 12 years old. From an early age, we shared a strong interest in entrepreneurship, problem-solving, and building something of our own.

That passion eventually led us to launch JNO Roof Clearance during a winter with record snowfall. What started as a small snow and roof-clearing operation quickly gained momentum, and as customer demand grew, so did our vision for the business. By the following season, we expanded into lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance services, rebranding as JNO Property Maintenance.

Today, the company reflects years of teamwork, shared ambition, and hands-on experience. What began as two lifelong friends with an interest in business has grown into a professional property maintenance company serving homeowners throughout our community.

 At JNO Property Maintenance, our commitment is simple: treat every property as if it were our own. We understand that your home is one of your most valuable investments, and we take pride in helping homeowners keep their properties clean, functional, and visually appealing throughout the year.

From the day we started this company, our goal has never been to become a large franchise or high-volume operation. Instead, we have intentionally kept our team small so we can deliver the quality, attention to detail, and customer service that our clients deserve. We firmly believe in quality over quantity, and that philosophy guides everything we do.

We take the time to get to know our customers, understand their goals, and ensure every detail is completed exactly as requested. We believe the best results come from building genuine relationships and treating every property with the same care and attention we would give our own.

Our mission is to help set a new standard for property maintenance services in our community. We understand the frustrations many homeowners have experienced with contractors who fail to answer the phone, arrive late, or overlook important details. That is why we prioritize professionalism, reliability, clear communication, and accountability from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

JNO Property Maintenance is proudly owned and operated by two local university students who are passionate about business, entrepreneurship, and customer service. Johnny is currently studying Business at the University of Guelph, while Owen is pursuing a similar field at Western University. Through our education, we continuously develop skills in management, marketing, communication, and operations, applying what we learn directly to our business every day. Our goal is to combine professional business practices with hands-on experience to deliver a level of service that stands out in our industry.
